One day, before long, our nasty winter weather will go away, and we’ll all be ready to get out on the water for some fun in the sun. It’s time to reserve a pontoon from TrueBlue Pontoon, and you’ll be set to enjoy warmer weather.
There’s plenty to do in and around Choctawhatchee Bay to keep you busy for an entire day. Who could get tired of the beautiful emerald green water and white sand that Fort Walton Beach and Destin have to offer?
You’ll probably want to visit Crab Island. Drop anchor and play in the water for as long as you’d like. Nothing could be more relaxing. Don’t forget to pack a picnic lunch and bring along cold beverages. You’ll need those after time in the sun. Most likely, you’ll find food and souvenir vendors on the water also.
If you want to sightsee, travel across the Bay to view Wyland’s Whaling Wall by Mid-Bay Bridge at Legendary Marina. You’ll be amazed by the life-size marine life depicted on the wall. The Whaling Wall is one of just 100, making it truly special.
To the west of Crab Island, you can anchor past the Coast Guard Station on the banks of Okaloosa Island. The water is beautiful there, as well, and provides a great place to get out and play. Don’t forget to watch for dolphins that are sure to put on a show.
If you can stay a little longer, you’ll see a spectacular sunset provided free of charge by Mother Nature.
Call TrueBlue Pontoon today to ensure you get a pontoon when you want it. We know you’re ready to get on the water.
